The RTI is a comprehensive student-centered assessment and intervention model used to identify and address individual student difficulties before referral to special education.

Rate Structuring News for Foster Care

FACES & Family Advocacy

The Foster Care Code of Ethics and Mutual Responsibility Agreement has been implemented statewide. Since July 2009, all foster parents are now entitled to received this agreement and a financial agreement which identifies the amount and the DATE that foster parents will receive their maintenance checks.

Would you like your agency to provide you with a placement authorization card for your wallet/purse? Click on this link (Placement Agreement Authorization Card.doc)  for a sample card to take to your agency. It is a Word document and can be modified to reflect the unique procedure at your agency. The card has a front and back.
