Interested in helping local support groups affiliate with FACES. The link below provides the affiliation agreement. There is no cost to the support group to affiliate, however at least 5 members need to join as individuals or families. And, don't forget to check out the "Getting Started Manual" for help on getting a new support network started in your area!
